Free AusPost eParcel shipping applies to all orders
All orders will be shipped via Auspost eParcel - a tracking number will be sent direct from Auspost to the provided email once your order has been dispatched and entered the Australia Post System.

Free Express upgrade applies to all Australian orders over $100
Free express upgrade is automatically applied once check out is complete. Next day delivery applies to all express orders within the 'Australian Express Post Network'

  • For orders under $100, Express eParcel shipping and priorty dispatch upgrade is available in step 2 of the checkout for an added fee of $6.50
     
  • Items in stock will be shipped same business day when order is placed before 2:30pm
     
  • Should your item not be in stock you will be notified and it will be posted within 3 business days
     
  • If your new products have not arrived within 4 days of the tracking advice email from Auspost please check the tracking and if you have any problems please contact us as soon as possible.
     
  • If the parcel status is 'Delivered' though you have not recieved the parcel, Skin Revival will launch an offical investigation through AustraliaPost to find your parcel. We will be able to resend your products free of charge after no success and this is closed, this may take between 2-3 weeks for AusPost to complete.
     
  • If a product is on back order we may see it best to ship the majority of your order same day and the missing item on its arrival. Should this be the case we will include a note and email notifying you.
     
  • Important Delivery Update - Update is effective as of April 2017
    AusPost have changed their delivery system; all parcels, including express post, will now be automatically aloud to be left on the property without signature when in past they had been carded to the nearest post office.
    For any reason you wish for your parcel NOT to be left when address is unattended please let us know in the comment section upon check out and we will notify auspost on dispatch to not allow safe drop.


    Parcels left unattended will be not be covered if loss or theft occurs.

Please note: All deliveries left with out signature on your authority are at your risk.

Shipping notifications may go direct to junk or spam folders.


Option to change to change delievery method (signature on delivery or safe drop) can be requested using the email tracking notification direct from AusPost.



International Shipping


International orders over $100 are shipped free standard post with tracking number provided.
Estimated delivery time is between 5 - 10 business days (times may vary).
Orders under $100 will be invoiced a $20 shipping fee.
Any additional taxes or duties will be at the responsibility of the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for the knowledge of any import laws in their requested destination.
Should you not accept your parcel and it is returned to us, shipping expenses will be deducted from refund or additional cost will be charged for re-ship.

International parcels can not be tracked via Skin Revival until 10 business days have passed, for any suspected missing or lost parcel an investigation will be launched which may take between 7 - 14 business days to come to a close. We thank you for your patience should this occur.
Express post is available at varying prices by request.

 

Returns Policy

  • Replacements provided for any damaged or faulty items. Please notify us within 3 business days of delivery if this occurs. Items must be returned to Skin Revival to be assessed for replacement. Return shipping cost will be refunded where receipt is provided. Replacement will be shipped via express same day.
  • Please notify us as soon as possible if reaction occurs to a product. Credit will be provided for return products due adverse reactions. 14 day return cut off policy applies, products with more than 50% used can not be accepted.
  • Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will incur a $15 re-shipping fee and a $20 restocking fee if refund is to be processed.
  • Free exchanges on all unused makeup.
  • If you have accidentally ordered the incorrect product, we will happily exchange if unused. Return shipping fee will be at the buyers expense.
  • Should you receive an incorrect product at Skin Revivals fault, we will provide express exchange along with free return post.
