Apply one pump to the facial area and gently massage around the area with wet hands. Rinse off with tepid water. Civona recommend only cleansing in the morning if exposed to excessive free radicals (You have been out for the night etc) as over cleansing is a cause of many adverse skin issues including increased sebum production causing breakouts and diffused redness from inflammation. In the mornings we recommend just a warm water rinse to remove any night products still present before the application of the day serums and creams.
